Idaho has transitioned statewide to the new iCourt system where citizens can search for court records, make payments, or get county contact information. Members of the public can find their court records of interest by checking the Idaho iCourt Portal, an online records site for Idaho courts. The Portal provides public access to court records for all 44 counties from 1995 to date. Some information for older cases may also be obtainable on the site.

Fingerprints can be obtained during business hours* on a walk-in basis by contacting Idaho Falls Police Records located on the main floor of the Idaho Falls Police Department at 605 North Capital Avenue Idaho Falls Idaho, or call 208-612-8600. There is a $10 charge per fingerprint card that must be paid prior to getting fingerprinted.

Yes, electronic court records are available for all 44 counties. Although during the transition from Idaho Supreme Court Data Repository to the iCourt Portal, users will have to search both systems in order to conduct a statewide search. For the most current information about where we are in the system transition, go to icourt.idaho.gov.

In addition to court records, the Idaho Court Records website also provides access to other public records. Citizens can search for the crime data, criminal history records, jail information, sex offender information, and vital records of all 44 counties in Idaho. Note that search results and available records vary from county to county.
